All refund requests must be sent to the registration email no later than Friday May 3rd.
Bunks – $10 fee per bunk. Bunks are reserved in order of registration received. You MUST indicate at time of registration bunk preference – we will attempt to accommodate lower bunk requests. If you wish to share a cabin with individuals on a different reservation, please include this with your registration request.
At Gate:

- Youth (11-17): $10
- Child (0-10): $0
- Breakfast/Lunch: $12 (Includes Sat Breakfast, Sat Lunch and Sun Breakfast)
- Children’s Feast (0-16) : $5

Children’s feast is a modern kid friendly menu.
Note: The Non-Member Registration fee was increased to $10 for all events occurring after April 1, 2024.
Minor Attendance Policies:
Minors (anyone under the age of 18) attending events MUST: Attend with a parent or legal guardian
OR
Attend with another responsible adult and have a valid SCA Medical Authorization for Minors AND a completed Minor Waiver signed by the parent or guardian Note: llinois state law requires at least one witness or notarization for the Medical Authorization form to be valid
Note: The Minor having a Blue Card removes the need for the separate Minor Waiver.
Without a parent, legal guardian or valid Medical authorization form & completed minor waiver, minors will not be allowed to attend the event. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. Please refer to the Middle Kingdom Minister of Youth page for more information.
The youth and temporary guardian must each have a copy of the Medical Authorization form on them. Important Links:

Several of these embroidery salons have been held along the Royal Progress this reign! The purpose of these salons is to set aside a time and space for people to embroider, ask questions, pick up new projects, and build community with fellow embroiderers and those seeking knowledge. |

Khoresh-e Beh (Persian Quince and Plum Stew) with Persian rice and leavened flat bread.
Winter:
Angels Food (14th Century Catalan Recipe) with pomme fruits and shortbread cookies.
